话说,今日晚间,传闻已久的斗鱼和虎牙终于合并了。不过呢,和传闻中斗鱼管理层将控制合并后新公司的结局不同,斗鱼和虎牙的管理层看起来势均力敌,双双成为合并后新公司的联席CEO和董事会成员。

其实吧,俺觉得吧,这一切都说明,腾讯这次合并的思路压根可能就不想一家独大,而是希望赶紧把这俩直播资产给买了,然后和腾讯内部的直播资源整合,赶紧大干快上。这也充分说明了腾讯在视频直播领域的焦虑感。

好啦,下面来详细说说八姐为毛这么说。

首先,腾讯这次让斗鱼的估值强行和虎牙对齐,这本身就表明腾讯基于达成交易,同意了斗鱼方面的博弈要求。

在这次交易之前,截至昨日股价,斗鱼的市值是虎牙的77.5%。正常来说,大家都是上市公司,一切都公开,公平的方法应该是大家按照市值合并就好了嘛。但是呢,这其中显然斗鱼想要更高的价格,不同意我就不从。这也是很显然的事实,毕竟,陈少杰还年轻,在斗鱼持股还有14.7%,怎么算着也能在新合并的公司里多占点股,操持新公司。而虎牙的大股东YY已经撤了。

在整个合并交易中,腾讯先拿下了虎牙,在今年8月让YY拿着8亿美元离场,成为了绝对大股东。因此,合并交易的关键就是斗鱼了。显然,斗鱼的各种博弈已经奏效了,腾讯为了尽快完成合并,同意了斗鱼以虎牙的估值与虎牙合并。其实,这个事情也可以这样来看,那就是腾讯溢价22.5%收购了斗鱼,这样看来是不是符合逻辑了?

当然,斗鱼的估值被抬高,这也导致了斗鱼和虎牙的股价在盘前出现了戏剧性的一幕。斗鱼盘前大涨了16%,一度涨到20%。

而虎牙盘前股价则出现了近7%的跌幅。

其次,虽然双方管理层都担任CEO和加入董事会,但其实双方都大幅减持。八姐觉得吧,在完成合并后,他们可能都会离场。

根据公告,合并后新公司采取联席CEO制度,斗鱼CEO陈少杰和虎牙CEO董荣杰,将共同出任联席CEO,陈少杰加入合并后新公司董事会。其还强调,斗鱼和虎牙的产品和品牌仍将保持相对独立运营,管理层保持稳定。

不过,陈少杰和董荣杰的股份其实都出现了大幅度的减持。

比如,斗鱼的CEO陈少杰,在合并之前,他持有14.7%的股份和投票权,但在这次合并后,他减持了近8成股份,也就是说在斗鱼的股份大概只有3%了。合并后,在新公司中的股权也就不足2%了。

再比如,虎牙的CEO董荣杰,在今年5月时,他持有5%的股份。但在8月份的收购时,他卖给了腾讯100万股;在这次交易后,他又出售了197.0804万股。也就是说,交易后,他仅持有3.7%的股份。1:1合并后,他持有的股份和陈少杰基本一样。同时,因为B类股票全部出售,他在虎牙的投票权也失去了。

两个公司的管理层在新公司中持有的股权简直可以忽略不计啊,还基本上一样一样的,你说,在合并后的新公司中,这俩人能安心得当打工仔吗?再说了大发国际app,在这次交易里,陈少杰一下子可能就可以拿到六七亿美金,董荣杰估计也七八千万美金,有这么多钱,干啥不香啊?

下午好,感谢大家的掌声。我们刚刚经历了一个不同寻常的夏天。在这个夏天,马东和爱奇艺用《乐队的夏天》宣布回归,《乘风破浪的姐姐》用“小姐姐经济”宣布而立之后的回归,而我,要用“79罐”200天来的第一场演讲来宣大发官方网站布我们的回归和重启。

01 数字化骤然加速

过去这半年,场景实验室密集做了很多内容研究,战疫特别策划、公益直播、疫后商业观察——它们本质上到底是指向新商业的何种去处?个体、问题与时间的命题背后,数字化的不断深入由来已久,它是怎样带来新商业规则的范式转移,乃至于新生活方式的变迁?

“数字”正以一种不可逆的姿态深入现实,这一点在2020年被尤为明显地感知。而“场景”,也越来越从“局部改造商业”,逐渐演化为“完整接管生活”。所以,你看到这满屏的语汇里,无论小程序互联网还是家庭有效时间,是直播电商还是数字单身、码上城市、AI+社区……这些表现得非常理性克制的关键词,背后总有很多需要重新思索与习惯的生活方式。

它们正是新的常态中每个个体不得不Get的生存技能。当我们谈论场景接管生活,似乎也意味着数字正在完成进程与使命。但事实上,数字的规则并没有停止,而只是迭代、流动、进化了。

02 首发新作《场景纪元》

当我在2015年写作《场景革命》时,是把场景当作“破坏者”的姿态,来思考商业的新可能性。5年过去了,我能真切感受到这一切的潜移默化。场景从局部破坏与突围的力量,已经转变为新商业周期坚实有效的建设者。

场景革命迈向了场景纪元。没错,这也是今天首先要发布的我的新书——《场景纪元》。从数字到场景,商业规则的进化,正在开启场景方法论的新纪元。

感谢中信出版集团、京东图书与得到APP今天联合首发《场景纪元》,更多时候不是说这本书多么“值得”反复翻阅,其实只要真切理解并认同书名四个字,便已足够,就可以摆脱肌肉记忆,就可以以之为原点重新出发,制定自己的边界与游戏规则。

各位,世界太快,其实我们并不那么着急。5年来,场景静水流深的每个瞬间,它的慢慢渗透、浸润、改变,或者说经由疫情的认知加速——其实是快还是慢,都不那么重要。对于任何唾手可得,快速、即兴、含混,我都没有丝毫兴趣。卡尔维诺说,“我相信缓慢、平和、细水长流的力量”。

因为踏实,因为冷静。

03 场景纪元的新规则

2020年经历的所有不确定,不仅能彻底摧毁一个人的三观,更值得以之思考人之为人的意义。

到底应该如何在不确定中自处?我想收回我曾经说的“关于人的连接已经完成”。因为场景纪元的新规则,正是以人为中心的连接不断深入,这就是我今天向大家报告的主题。

我们需要新的观念,理解新观念重新赋予的“人”。在场每一位都拿着手机,而下个十年的新器官将由谁扮演?我们认为是“车”。这样一个盛夏的礼拜天,在“79罐”面对面坐着,到底是“空间”认知还是时间意义?我希望每个人这个下午都值得,值得不是因我而来,而是大家阔别太久的相见。“城市”从未像今天这样被深切理解,它扮演的是不同的效率与信用,需要新的语言来组织城市里的气质与生活。

我今天的演讲就围绕这四个篇章展开——人·新观念,车·新器官,空间·新时间,城大发棋牌市·新语言。

在座每一位身旁都有一本《场景纪元》,请打开翻到后记的标题,它有八个字。

人是场景,仍在延伸。

人 · 新观念

应该有人看出来,刚才视频的这段探戈里,主角是”人“。2018年,我们说所有商业都在围绕“个体”展开。2019年,我们说“数字化原住民”已经进场。2020年,当再一次审视人,当然需要从最具体的场景,找寻正在发生的变化。

01 极致个体化的新场景

可以先看今年618期间,天猫、京东、苏宁、拼多多、唯品会等电商平台的品类数据,无论是理解之中的体检服务、疫苗服务,还是医美、助眠产品,以盲盒为代表的潮流玩具消费,这些极致个体化场景的消费,都呈现出快速上升的态势。

如果说过去3年,我们更多关注作为宏大叙事的“人”,那么在场景纪元新规则刚刚开始之际,正需要用“新观念”来理解人。我将其总结为生理健康、身体管理、情绪调节、心理免疫四个层面的认知升级,并以此来解读人正在发生的变化。

生理健康:是代餐主流化还是轻锻炼,是医疗小家电还是精准营养食品?类似超级零的代餐盒子,LemonBox精细量化的维生素定制清单,usmile的家庭口腔护理,正在让生理健康变得更加可视、可评估、可执行。这到底是一时流行还是消费变化的不可逆,正是我们需要思考的。

身体管理:美瞳饰品化、微整新常态、定制化校正、基因向产品的出现,值得关注不是它们在投资领域的火热,或者社交网络的风靡,而是作为一种生活方式,身体的日常管理如何被精细化放大。每个人采取的行动,正是看待自己身体的方式。

情绪调节:无论微信拍一拍的轻量社交舒缓,还是猫王收音机的“野性mini”表达出的张扬与释放。情绪调节不再是可有可无的事情,而正在被关注和强调,并以情绪插件、减压组合、气味方案、氛围硬件等解决方案形成覆盖。

心理免疫:与生理免疫相比,心理免疫才是这个时代最大的痛点。那些黑天鹅、不确定,每个深刻参与和见证历史的当下,我们需要更加强大。所以无论是河狸家采取的非接触设计,还是Lyra Health这种心理体检产品——在一个心理免疫时代,即便是水都要变得更多样,针对睡眠、低GI、无糖等不同需求,给人可以感知的确定感和安全感。

以前我们说”To英特尔、To谷歌”,现在的”健康水”一创办可能就是”To可口可乐、To百事可乐”。与其说是一种新品类,不如说它承载了人与时代的关系暗喻:我们需要心理免疫,它们是“心理免疫时代”的健康水。

02 DTC:Direct To Context

没有什么比人的安全感与自由度,更代表这是一个极致个体化的场景纪元。

极致个体化的新场景,正在快速成就大量DTC新品牌。但我们认为的DTC,是Direct To Context,而非Direct To Consumer,是场景在成就新品牌,我称之为“场景DTC”。

品牌当然是以用户为中心,但从宽泛的数字化用户到具体的场景化用户,更能代表对这个时代成就新品牌的理解和认知——场景DTC关注具体场景身份。

DTC是直面用户的品牌模式,更进一步,场景DTC是场景用户化驱动的品牌方法。

在我们的跟踪研究中,lululemon便是这样一个典型受益于极致个体化场景的场景DTC品牌。它被多个机构评为2019年全球增速最快的品牌之一,而在过去的七八年里面,lululemon的确历经大起大落。我印象深刻的是,几年前在美国硅谷为《超级IP》这本书做案例调研时,有人说Under Armour应该并购lululemon,当时后者市值是前者二分之一。但是今天,lululemon市值超400亿美元,在运动鞋服界仅次于Nike,Under Armour只有其八分之一左右。可以试图去看lululemon做对了什么?

我想可能是:精英女性瑜伽场景切入;KOC社群驱动;重视DTC收入;科学家领导的技术革新;从跑步到男装到居家健身,持续场景开发;门店体验化的先发优势;以及数字网络营销能力。

而科学家领导的技术革新,也许是lululemon更应该被关注的本质基因。其长期以来设计了一个“科学家带领设计师”的工作范式,我认为这是运动服饰的研发新风向。相信科学、相信科学家,不仅表现在材料革命、流程革新或者门店数字化上,更表现在新场景的切入和用户关系的塑造。

因为以科学研发、观念引领,围绕瑜伽这一具体场景,不断输出新观念,创造新生活方式,才是lululemon的故事背后更正确的事。

03 场景DTC:推动新观念品牌崛起

瑜珈作为超越传统健身项目的子分类,更加关注身心的柔软能力;作为生活仪式感,它让你理解即便一个人也要好好活;瑜珈也成为更好的社群联系方式,帮你找到志趣相投的人。热爱瑜珈,让悠长生活更有仪式感,以KOC社群的圈层影响力形成生活方式的深度渗透——没有什么比这样直接的力量更能代表DTC的精髓。

热爱、仪式感和KOC社群,场景DTC正推动“新观念品牌”的崛起。

每一个与人有关具体而微的场景,都值得重新做一遍,这个过程就是新观念品牌的风起云涌。三顿半咖啡、溪木源、wonderlab、参半、给与Giving、美则等便是代表。溪木源的创始人告诉我,植物学家、疗愈专家和科学家一起深入研发,让品牌一开始就自带成分透明的科学气质。这些更科学、更具生活主张与个体观念的品牌,正带给生活非常不一样的感触。

自我审视,自我审美——新观念品牌从这里开始。

构建更具个体标签的生活方式,我们也因此进入一个“内观时代”。这一变化也突出表现在极度个人化的内衣领域。内衣的重要性被提到无与伦比的位置,因为它是第二层皮肤,代表着看待自己的方式。旧观念已然逐渐崩塌,“新观念内衣”正在繁荣。它可以是Savage x Fenty代表的多元化和包容性, TomboyX代表的跨越性别主张,可以是蕉内的“无感自在”,还可以是里性内衣”算法理性“下的个人定制。新观念内衣的繁荣昌盛,是向内而生的深远和广阔,因为我们从来没有真正去认识自己的身体。

显然,这些品牌已经脱离强调功能的传统逻辑。功能固然重要,但是新的自我认知所汇聚的自我感受才更加重要。于商业而言,新观念品牌就是与此匹配的重要结果和表现。

在此,我们提炼新观念品牌的要素以具体化这一概念,包括:以场景数据为核心;直击场景痛点;场景体验优先;设计场景比数据营销重要;基于场景解决方案的产品更新;从透明供应链到透明生态链;输出新观念,创造新生活方式。

这些新观念品牌的要素,正由场景DTC的方法所驱动。围绕场景化用户,围绕新生活方式,品牌正在加速变革与创新。当谈论所有产业都有机会重新做一遍,是在于品牌更加深入理解场景变化,理解新观念意味着什么。

我想谈一谈碳中和,adidas与Allbird宣布合作,推动鞋履行业的碳排放减少;苹果承诺其供应链及所有产品在2030年实现碳中和。理解共同的生存更重要时,我们才会摆脱执念,超越友商乃至门派之别,成为去年我们所说的“每个企业不得不成为社会企业”;完美日记、花西子的崛起,正是直播电商、社交电商的分布式流量,在成就圈层化的品牌;比如树莓派,外形简陋价格低廉,却代表算力和性能的极高需求,让你知道什么是极客。相信不可逆,相信并热爱技术。

“你当像鸟飞往你的山”。这句话送给每个这时代的新观念品牌:这是《圣经》里的一句话,也是关于成长的一本书。这并不是容易的事情,但这才是为什么我们要用新观念去理解人,为什么是场景纪元的人。

车 · 新器官

现在进入车的”进行曲“,这是场景纪元的第二个关键词。如果说上个十年是手机的十年,那新的十年会不会是车的十年?我想起尼古拉·特斯拉一句话,“电给我疲乏衰弱的身躯,注入了最宝贵的东西,生命和精神的活力。”

01 数字能源与数字化的车

尼古拉·特斯拉被称为地球上最接近神的三个人之一。我想他似乎预见了一种未来版图的密码,在他去世60年后,“数字化的车”登场,数字能源成为新流程改造的基础。

如果特斯拉翻天覆地的变化还容易被理解,那尼古拉就稍显陌生。尽管这家以电动重卡和氢能源为核心的上市公司,还没有一台量产车,但并不妨碍我们理解,无论尼古拉还是特斯拉,关键点正在于数字能源之于数字化的车的意义。“特斯拉年度影响力报告2019”开篇就直指,要全面迈向可持续能源生态。事实上不仅是特斯拉,对于新能源网络的探索,中国也有类似的代表。

星星充电作为数字能源生态的一个中国样本,可以与特斯拉“一较高下”的关键正在于“移动能源网”的独特性。从充电桩网络,到数字能源的操作系统,再到能源服务的场景开发,星星充电构建了数字能源的开放生态。不仅在充电桩网络运营的成绩上领先,更重要的是对于数字能源新产业标准和规范的理解,这让移动能源网成为更加代表远见、值得期待的未来。就像特斯拉重新定义能源公司,车只是实现能源目标的手段,对于星星充电来说,充电桩网络也是其实现能源目标的一种手段。

数字能源是流程改造的基础,也是数字化的车的构成要素。然而什么是数字化的车?——是基于数字能源和LBS的信息处理工具。但更重要的一层认知,应该是“高速移动的数据仓库”。

谁生产数据的能力越强,谁就更代表数据仓库属性,唯此方能理解新的人车关系绝非往日。在智能座舱中,数据的可采集,让人与车的每次交互都能形成算法的优化。

移动互联的下一步将如何变化?人与车的交互该如何演进?或许可以用一句话来理解:移动互联网处理一切信息,数字化的车处理关键信息——人与车的交互。关键信息如何被真实地解决,关乎人与车交互的质量。

大家今天入场看到了理想汽车与蔚来汽车。蔚来的“女王副驾”,是观察新能源汽车的很好切口,你会发现蔚来聚焦的“智能互联的移动生活空间”,作为真实的第四空间如何被塑造。理想汽车也是如此,副驾不仅可以看爱奇艺综艺,伴随OTA还将有更多音频和视频服务。基于四块屏幕组成的“分布式智能屏幕网络”,让对出行享受的理解不再只是一种奢华。它们与特斯拉一样,共同协奏新生活的主旋律。

02 进化的OTA形态,加速车的器官化

高歌猛进与心潮澎湃的未来刚刚开始,移动空间的新生活方式正在形成,而形成的关键在于人与车的交互流畅。只有人与车交互流畅,才能更好完成人的延伸,加速车的器官化——如果屏幕只是“鸡肋”,上车导航仍旧依靠手机,你会认为这样的车是你的器官吗?

新器官的标志,应该是如影随形的交互,是超级ID全时在线,而不是鸡肋与迟钝。所以,Smart Home和Smart Mobility的“新器官之争”结果是什么?答案已经不言而喻。

如果数字化的车处理人车交互的关键信息能够超级流畅,那么将看到Smart Mobility对于Smart Home的覆盖与整合,就像在CES2020宝马推出城市客厅概念车i3 Urban Suite一样,更多万物互联可能性在全新的智能车载场景里被发掘和延伸。

作为车的器官化的关键,人车交互的流畅体验如何实现?腾讯生态车联网TAI3.0就扮演了这样的“人车交互数字助理”。TAI3.0采用一套类似微信小程序的车载轻应用框架——“小场景”,基于出行场景不断新增的、细分化的需求,大量“小场景”于此被定义和开发,基于用户特定场景需求而“唤醒”,即用即走。这已不再是传统意义上的沟通场景,更多时候是交互场景,需要“关键信息”的流通。

从沟通到交互,理解为什么“车载微信不是微信”。平日我们一定不会习惯语音作为主要交互方式,但在车载场景中,还有什么比语音交互更能代表自然流畅的交互呢?场景不同,解决方案也大不一样。TAI3.0实际上给出了一种启发:立足于场景的OTA形态,将推动更多敏捷的“小场景”的开发。它们正在完成对车的重新定义。所以最新搭载腾讯TAI3.0的新款哈弗F7,已然是全新的物种。在哈弗F7和TAI3.0彼此成就中,全新的生活方式、交互形态乃至实时体验被赋予新的意义。

OTA在进化:从无差别的OTA,到基于地理位置的OTA,再到基于场景请求的OTA。

当你习惯以周或月为单位的OTA,每次看到都是焕然一新的车——这无异于在移动互联时代养成的刷新习惯。OTA是如此重要,哪怕现有大多数还是无差别OTA,但这第一步就已经让人欲罢不能。更进一步,OTA还会迈入“基于地理位置的OTA”,事实上已经有电动车做到,通过OTA增加洪水覆盖区域的电池续航里程,以确保暴雨之时能够安全回家。

OTA更值得期待的,是用户真实需求被场景唤醒和激活——基于场景请求的OTA。它不再是中心化的推送,不再是无差别的升级,而是更加去中心化、分布式,支撑如影随形的交互。

这就是今天发布的第二个商业方法——场景OTA。

03 场景OTA:算法驱动的敏捷开发

未来的车的交互体验升级,一定在于软硬件的一体化。苹果就是这样的典型。从场景OTA的角度,在此总结了4个要素——OTA设备、颗粒度痛点、云服务、场景唤醒。这也构成了场景OTA的核心方法。

因为那些最大、最重要的事情,就是这样静悄悄地,以OTA的形式发生。场景OTA已然生活期待。无论任天堂switch 10,还是海信家庭私有云,都在不断塑造刷新的日常。小米MIUI 12的更新,掀起的轩然大波丝毫不亚于iOS14。在安卓的世界里,MIUI 12给出隐私权考量的解决方案力,让超级App们重新审视自身。我们都在寻求“灰猎犬号”,在全新的数据冰川期里,找到自己的安全之道。

我特别想讲一讲索尼VISION-S项目,虽然他们明确表示这只是概念车,不会量产,也没有定价。但这却是场景OTA方法论的最佳业务实践,其立项初衷极具参考意义——“如果汽车更安全,就有希望变成一个娱乐空间。”埃隆大发棋牌官网·马斯克也说,车应该成为一个娱乐空间。

在索尼看来,屏幕交互、图象传感、内容生态和移动的娱乐空间,代表了对于智能车的畅想。而我认为,此举正是复制其在智能手机时代的图像传感技术的红利。尽管索尼手机本身卖的不够好,但又有哪一个智能手机品牌能离开索尼的图像传感技术呢?关于车的未来十年里,索尼极有可能再度占据一个不可取代的生态位。

索尼的企图心可见一斑,但场景OTA的意义绝不止于车载场景,对于企业数字化也有着非凡意义。场景OTA的背后,是每个细分场景被捕捉洞察,是个性化的场景请求被灵活响应,并给出系统完整的解决方案。场景OTA的实质在于算法驱动的敏捷开发能力。

如何定义场景开发?是将业务共性提炼的数据,还原至应用场景再建模,设计更多新场景。

譬如致远互联,就致力“协同办公场景开发”。致远互联在做OA软件时,并没有想到会升级成为拥有协同云、移动办公、微信小程序开发等协同办公业务场景低代码开发能力的开发平台。我们谈论致远互联的这种变化,是因为在过去相当长时间内,企业对于OA软件都有着新场景开发的需求。

而本质上,每个企业都需要建设自身的场景OTA能力,从数据可视到流程可视,最终演进为场景可视。这种变化不仅是车企数字化,也不仅是协同办公,在更多行业和领域也如火如荼地发生。滴普科技的全场景智能,支付宝挺进本地化社区服务,京东物流的社会化协作,场景开发,正是下一个十年的场景规则和商业竞争力。从数据资产到场景资产,场景开发的越多,场景OTA的能力就越强。

讲到这里,我们对于企业数字化的认知也更加清晰。我想选择一个案例,去年曾被定义为“智慧商业重力加速度”的微盟。作为一家SaaS服务公司,对于新场景的开发推动其进一步变革的方向。随着SaaS解决方案的场景深入,全链路数字化解决方案的智慧零售、私域直播解决方案的微盟直播、三店一体解决方案的智慧餐饮等都纷纷浮现。背后所支撑的,正是从数据挖掘到场景挖掘,从流程建模到场景建模,从数据可视到场景可视。

每家企业都要去思考,属于自身的“软件”更新能力和场景开发能力,如何借助于场景OTA的方法,去重新升级商业模式。因为一招鲜吃遍天的时代过去了,而全链路、全场景解决方案的时代,随着数字化的深入,也越来越表现为更加密集的场景开发,所以我们才说这是“场景纪元”。

场景OTA的游戏规则,是“软件交互硬件,场景驱动服务”。

「以下是场景OTA的三大预测:预测一万物车联:复杂交互的场景训练;预测二软件生活:续集时代的参数更新与意义寄托;预测三机器想象:神经网络创作和信息源进化。」

传统车企、互联网巨头、网约车公司入局自动驾驶愈演愈烈,因为这样一种场景训练不仅是复杂的交互,且形成的解决方案能力,能够迁徙到更多场景和AI应用模型中去;软件生活就好比iOS14和iPhone SE,这两极恰恰告诉我们正是软件在定义生活。选择怎样的软件,就是选择怎样的升级与交互,选择怎样的生活方式;从阿法狗到阿法星,我们已经可以想象基于游戏的AI程序。艺术家借助神经网络从创作绘画到创作音乐——信息源的进化,一定比我们想象的更为激烈。

越是智能硬件时代,越是软件吞噬一切。软件不仅定义设备,也在驱动生活,它终将吞噬一切。数字化的车作为新器官的商业可能,才刚刚开始。让子弹再飞一会儿。

空间 · 新时间

欢迎进入“空间”的圆舞曲。当谈论车作为新器官,Smart Home如何被Smart Mobility覆盖和整合,空间在这个时代与人的关系也同样值得思考。

刚刚空间篇的开场视频中,看到过去几年“新物种爆炸”谈论“体验店的复活”,谈到“Mall中Mall”。我们一直在思考复合空间、数字化空间,在今天的意义到底是什么。这个篇章希望用“新时间”来解读空间。

01 空间的实质是空间感

不知道多少人玩过《动物森友会》或者《江南百景图》,但在这些游戏里,你看到的的确是栩栩如生,一个又一个惟妙惟肖的“细节真实”。如果选择的打开方式是南半球,8月9号的今天感受到的就是冬天的澳洲。如果你进入江南水乡,开始构建属于自己“故事空间”,那么每个角落都会讲述陪伴的难忘点滴。这些空间是从前慢,是平常生活的数字孪生,这里的人生没有进度条,只有日子一天一天过去。

它让我们有真实的伴随,体验的感受,意义的寄托。换句话说,如果空间不能给人空间感,即便触手可及又有何意义?仅仅是网红打卡地标,带给人的是心流还是虚荣?如果没有意义,这些空间我一秒都不想多待。

空间的实质,是“空间感”。

所以理解喜茶,不再是关注几年前网红、排队、新茶饮的浪潮,而想在今天审视它的“空间感”所具备的启发。喜茶Lab、喜茶GO、喜茶百货、喜茶瓶装厂,你是否能一眼分辨哪个是线下空间、哪个是线上产品?这样一个新中式茶饮品牌,如何做到不断处在热点之中?

日本生活杂货品牌LoFt在上海美罗城刚刚开业,核心的一个营销策略便是与喜茶联名的“芒芒便利店”入驻;甚至你无法想到,喜茶与茶颜悦色也会联名。所以更多时候谈论喜茶,是在谈论一种作为内容的空间,和作为空间的内容。

以此总结喜茶空间的“内容算法”——首先当然离不开“打卡运动”,但又不仅仅是IP和营销;其小程序订单量的极大占比,本质是“小程序门店”,是过去几年小程序零售的红利获得;而喜茶的Lab与各种风格、业态的门店迭代,表现为产品与创意的不断研发,是年轻人所共鸣的“实验精神”。又何止是喜茶,包括茶颜悦色、煮叶、奈雪的茶,茶饮新零售的空间创新方向都是内容化,都开始探索千篇一律如何变得万里挑一。

02 “新鲜店铺”的3个提案

人要是“有趣的人”,人以群分;货是“有纪律的货”,被更标准、有效率的交付;场,当然是“有内容的场”。

人货场的重新诠释,丝毫不妨碍人货场融合的本质。它是空间业态纷繁变化背后,内在逻辑的有迹可循。有趣的人指向“社群驱动”,是买手店和集合店的缘起;有纪律的货表现为“供应链驱动”的MINI店和GO店;有内容的场是“IP驱动”的越来越多的联名店和概念店。

理解这一切,就是在理解今天的“新鲜店铺”。无论你是淘宝店或者实体店,单一业态或者组合业态,都需要新鲜店铺。新鲜如何理解?可以结合空间提案的三个形态关键词阐释:Park、Gallery、Lab。

Park寓意着更开放的“社区联系”。是成为亲子公园的Uniqlo Park;是东京银座索尼大楼推倒重建后,以Sony Park形成与城市对话的公共空间;也是751D·PARK,我们的此时此地就是典型的时尚设计、社区联系的所在。

Gallery是在总结一个“美术馆时代”。Gucci、FOSS,越来越多Gallery形态的门店,都在讲述策展式提案,如何成为品牌审美的表达。在一个全民艺术、全民审美的时代需要思考,美术馆如何作为一种底层的“装修”标准件塑造新鲜店铺,如何赋能与被赋能。

LAB是“概念创作”,是品牌的实验气质。Nike Lab、THE NORTH FACE LAB、Holiland Lab ,甚至作为产品演示和美发沙龙服务的Dyson Beauty Lab,代表的也不仅是智能和未来,更是旅居的艺术,在地性的探索,新生活方式的审美。可以说,今天如果一个球鞋品牌没有自己的LAB门店,根本就无法进入玩家的视野。因为在一个“热爱”的时代,我们为兴趣买单,不极致不成活。

03以空间感订阅时间

为什么说空间是新时间,因为新鲜店铺就是可订阅的新鲜时间。

无论是星巴克付费办公空间Smart Lounge,“镜像式学习”的Timing线上自习室,包括开业不久的Burberry联合腾讯打造的社交零售店“Burberry空·间”,无论你把它理解为是“线上的虚拟”,或者“线下的真实”,最终都表现为一种时间的挥霍、意义、寄托、订阅。

以空间感订阅时间,其实是在说——以用户时间为中心,从订阅万物到订阅场景。这正是谈论空间作为新时间的认知,也是今天跟大家报告的第3个商业方法:场景订阅。

在从流媒体、生鲜零售、软件工具、企业级服务乃至生态体系的订阅制发展梳理中,很多代表案例每个人都不陌生。很欣喜看到订阅制已经成为今天的商业模式主流,成为被习惯所接受的零售方式、内容付费方式和交易形态。

最早的订阅从报纸开始,订阅制的初衷原本是“更低成本、更好服务、更有效率”。

过去1个月里,我关注了订阅制相关公司的一些“非常小的变化”。沃尔玛宣布将启动Walmart+会员计划,这是其更加Prime化的一次尝试;Netflix在印度推出低成本订阅服务计划Mobile+,对于标清内容采取低价策略;当然更欣喜的是看到Spotify的场景化尝试,推出情侣订阅服务Premium Duo,允许2个人的账户共享一个订阅服务,并生成同时匹配双方的音乐列表。很多人可能不以为然,但如果你看到Spotify的市值近年来仅次于ZOOM和特斯拉的表现,除了对于音频战略的重视,也与其不断场景化的探索极具相关性。

订阅制开始向场景化迈出了一小步,因为长期以来,订阅制的表现是值得反思的——是平台的营销,还是用户的想要?出发点越来越表现为默认续费、默认提供什么就接受什么。难道不是我想要什么,我才发起这个订阅关系吗?绝大部分订阅制公司的资源总是浪费,是透支平台与用户之间的信任。浪费的是资源,更是用户的时间。

04 场景订阅:订阅制的回归

谈到ServiceNow这个平均续费率超97%的企业级服务订阅制典型,是在于它的一个很小的细节,它并购每家企业后都有一个“标准动作”,服从ServiceNow的用户习惯把代码重写一遍。因为它了解自己的客户,致力于保证交付界面的体验与平台的效率。非常小的动作里,可以看到用户思维、服务思维,与资源思维、平台思维的差别。

所以说,“场景订阅”是订阅制的回归,是用户想要的订阅,是以用户为中心的场景唤醒与激活。我们总结了场景订阅的6步法则:

第一,创建一个生活方式提案;

第二,最小颗粒度场景数据采集;

第三,设计解决方案的流程可视化;

第四,以使用激活的场景计费;

第五,社群反馈优化订阅权益;

第六,持续生产原创内容。

其中,“以使用激活的场景计费”是场景订阅的关键步骤。今年618各大电商平台都在刷新纪录的时候,还发生了另一件“小事”,虽然或许略有尴尬。东航推出“周末随心飞”,后续几个月内,各大航司也以各种玩法相继跟进。我强调这个场景,是因为无论具体落地如何,我们终于开始思考、辨明——什么是使用激活的场景计费。真实的场景,围绕用户想要的场景,是如此的重要。

场景细分越来越成为订阅制的方向。无论西瓜视频的好莱坞会员、动漫会员,得到的锦囊会员,丝芙兰的Beauty Insider会员,还是凯叔讲故事的凯叔会员,首汽约车PLUS会员。它们都像Spotify情侣订阅、东航周末随心飞一样,在昭示一个细分场景正确的开始姿势。所以今天我们强调场景订阅是订阅制的回归,是在强调场景细分创建的新生活方式提案,应该成为企业订阅制考量与判断的重点和优先级。

2018年我们说,你所订阅的现在就是你未来的样子。今天我们说,你所订阅的场景才是你真实的样子。

每个人都在专注当下,后疫情时代我们更加关心每时每刻,是否不浪费、不冗余地订阅自己想要的场景。而商家、平台也是否能更加以用户为中心,形成更好的算法推荐机制。

「关于场景订阅,我给出了以下3个方向的预测:预测一付费空间:时间单元的体验式体验;预测二场景会员:有用场景的信用型消费;预测三芯片时间:脑机接口的新感知参数。」

无论去年我们讲解的案例文喫、9hour,还是book&bed,场景体验超越商品本身,成为付费决策依据。用户购买的,是一个个具体场景提案所组合的空间体验;譬如微软XGP游戏会员,基于强大的游戏库,无需全部购买,而是根据体验勾选想要;典型的芯片时间就是“加载时间”。芯片在这个时代越来越重要,以无感的形式形成新的感知参数,定义新的时间体验。

马赛尔·普鲁斯特在《追忆似水年华》中写道,“时间看起来好像完全消逝,其实不然,它正与我们自身融为一体。”

城市的奏鸣曲里从人类世到城市世到数据世,新的语言到底是数据还是场景?

2019年11月,场景实验室全员的东京新商业考察,去到了刚刚开业的涩谷Scramble Square。它兴起于东京最大规模TOD城市更新“涩谷复兴计划”的背景下,位于4家铁路公司汇聚、9条线路交叉、每分钟3000人通行的著名的涩谷十字路口。

对于Scramble Square的关注,不只是将它作为一个具有代表性的城市综合体更新项目,更加让我们好奇的是,作为城市语言的建筑,如何因数字化设计而生动,因在地性连接而活化,又如何因人的参与不断赋予新意义。

01 场景是城市的新语言

Scramble Square让我们展开对未来城市的更多想象,因此去挖掘它的一些核心指标是极有意义的——

声光电装置牵引的体验型电梯;汇聚诸多品牌首店、全新概念店的新鲜店铺集合;驻足地的季节影像与眼前实景呈现的平行时空;交互式屏幕动线完整规划体验全程;位于顶层的展望台,即俯瞰汹涌的十字路口,也展望自己定义的城市中心感;鼓励灵感碰撞交叉的创意联合办公空间;5所高校组成的跨学科学术社群,寻找与培养“挑战未知价值”的种子项目;数据可视的涩谷和深入连接在地文化的社区自信。

Scramble Square最重要的启发在于,更多场景融合的数字空间将出现在未来城市,流动的场景正在重塑“数据世”城市与人的连接方式,也重塑城市叙事的文本形态 ——连接与解释,场景成为城市的新语言。

城市的连接仍在进化。智慧城市的实质是智慧场景,而智慧场景展开的底层能力,来自阡陌纵横的传感器网络、智慧能源的社会网络、机器的社交网络,它们共同构建智慧城市的孪生网络。

02 城市的4种新叙事

城市的新叙事,也是由智慧场景构建的新文本,它由四个关键要素构成:超级App、智慧节点、数字化社区、艺术化日常。

超级App是城市的新服务语言。我们已经很难设想没有美团、饿了么,顺丰、闪送的城市,苏宁提出“专注好服务”,百度App上线“服务中心”,超级App以服务能力完成人与城市的连接确认,成为个体在流动生活中稳定的心态保证。

智慧节点是城市的新位置语言。城市在某种意义上已经构建出移动的节点网络,骑手、前置仓、充电桩、驿站、智慧楼宇等都是重要的智慧节点。我们也因此重新理解许多熟知的品牌,比如分众传媒对近场信息位置的品类占据,贝壳找房代表的数字居住位置,叮咚买菜等社区生鲜定义的前置仓网络位置等。

分众传媒是一个需要被刷新理解的案例。作为智慧楼宇的场景媒体,对生活刚需场景的高频触达,对用户心智占据的短链高效是其显见的优势,但我想强调的重点是“智能反馈”,没有智能反馈就不构成智慧节点,有效的数据回流是完成智能反馈的关键能力。譬如西贝在投放分众楼宇广告的时候,一个很重要的逻辑就是选择西贝门店附近3公里能够配送的社区和CBD进行精准投放。

有人说所有熟悉的类目都值得重新做一遍,所以讨论分众传媒更具普适性的意义在于,每一个智慧节点都意味着一个独特的场景生态位,它所赋予的场景孵化优势,如何形成引爆的场景,如何占据用户心智的唯一性,催生更多新物种的长成可能。新物种最重要的是占据用户心智,如果用户心智的唯一性能够被牢牢地占据,那么才能说新物种完成了惊险一跃。在过去一两年内我们看到了很多消费品的案例,一些成功的品牌迅速崛起的典型,钟薛高是雪糕的新代言,小仙炖是燕窝的新代言,元気森林是无糖气泡水的代言。它们饱受讨论也无一例外地通过分众高频引爆实现用户心智占据,因为智慧节点所赋予的场景加速完成跃迁。

数字化社区是城市的新社群语言。社区未来的组织形态一定是“场景社群”,人的参与决定了社区的个性。因此新社区商业不仅是物理距离的近场,更是情感贴近的人性化服务近场网络。仅仅是将营销中心作为社区设施开放给当地居民这一个小举措,东京BRILLIA就是在努力让“人的参与”更加开放和深入。对于以保利物业为代表的智慧物业解决方案,则让小场景开发成就大物业的社区价值,智慧通行、智慧安防、户内语音助手……数字化社区成为智慧小场景的集合和汇集。兴盛优选的高歌猛进,在于它让价廉物美和邻里关系交织成新的社群语言,让社区的数字化温度更加被感知。

艺术化日常是城市的新审美语言。在地性更加深入,数字艺术更加融入,艺术的参与更加具体和“与人相关”。巴黎的Les Docks,是悠远的塞纳河与巴黎年轻人的碰撞;伦敦泰晤士河的“河光闪耀”计划,让莫奈的泰晤士河被“数字光影”重新点亮;位于西安大唐不夜城的“言几又·ARTMIX”,让城市更新的艺术商业想象更上层楼。

还有,东京Hagiso、赫尔辛基颂歌图书馆、首尔汉江公园、纽约vessel、柏林哈克庭院、阿姆斯特丹B建筑、巴塞罗那博盖利亚菜市场、北京SKP-S、曼谷Kreetha 7、上海“亚朵x单向空间”的爱琴海亚朵S酒店……新的城市语言正在讲述未来的群体记忆,场景也在以渐变、浸润的叙事方式隐喻数字生活的美好氛围。而这种氛围落到作为更小活力单元的社区商业,是长房君悦儿童友好社区、“共享际x春风习习”,成为城市与人连接更鲜明温度的文本表现。

03 氛围力:直播电商的4个创新举措

人始终是氛围的中心。场景作为城市的新语言,以“氛围”为独特的场景表达,它是属于每个人的独特感受,是融合体验的新参数。而氛围的构建并非只可意会不可言传,这套系统的场景方法我们提炼为“氛围力”。

氛围力包含四个方法要素——社群设计:人是氛围的中心;交互细节:细节是氛围的质量;话语体系:暗号是氛围的文本;场景算法:算法是氛围的芯片。

以“氛围力”理解直播电商下一步,帮助我们从纷繁现象中梳理出一条线索。从2016年3月蘑菇街开局直播电商,经历各平台、各大主播、各品牌、各MCN的攻城略地,现在进入“全民直播”,“万物皆可直播”的时代。

直播电商的商业模式演进,也从最初的“人找人”,以主播为要素;进化为现阶段的“货找人”,以供应链为优势;下一步则将进入“场找人”的新征程。

场找人有两个方向,第一是“自己造场”,建设直播基地,核心解决效率问题;第二是“赋能小场”,以直播云为架构,核心解决信用问题。而无论效率还是信用,“场找人”要解决的问题实质是“距离”:要跨越关注度与转化率之间的距离,体验与用户信任的距离,连接与沟通效率的距离,选品与用户预期的距离。

破局直播电商,以氛围力跨越距离,有四个具体的举措建议。

举措一,原生直播品牌的兴起。正如淘品牌的异军突起,当直播成为零售基础设施,更多原生于直播场景的品牌成就新品牌机会。以辛有志严选、李子柒,和诸如三明治早餐机这类直播成就的“小品类”为参照,源自直播场景的品效合一品牌必须具备高颜值、小功能、易展示、快转化等特征。

举措二,私域用户的直播场景运营。对于在私域流量中寻求突破的品牌商,直播场景创造了独特的高频交互氛围。直播平台与品牌的公私域流量融合,直播间创设的丰富场景交互,以及通过直播倒逼企业营销组织能力的再造,激活私域流量和重组供应链效率。吴晓波“新国货首发”与众多国货品牌的联动就是代表。

举措三,从店播到“播店”。疫情的被迫上线以直播为标配,也让配备直播解决方案成为门店运营不得不思考的关键问题,甚至极致到是否需要有专门服务于直播的门店方案。例如苏宁的“超店播计划”,直播装修基础设施化,“看直播到逛直播”会成为常态。

举措四,直播革新产业链效率。直播从改造销售端到改造供应链端,已初见端倪,例如拼多多“母婴产品溯源行动”在线直播。直播更进一步对产业链效率的改造,会突出体现在产品说明书、透明工厂、客服直播开放日等应用场景。

直播电商应有的多样性,被氛围力塑造。从物理到心理,氛围力也在重新丈量用户距离,重新丈量城市文明。

为什么车载微信不是微信,场景社交的隐喻是,在特定场景下氛围比信息更重要;譬如AI+物业基于社区个性的建模,是更加便利的人性化网络,也是更加在地性的温度感连接;疫后的城市设计风向是“弹性空间”,新的社会设计指向更多留白、更多非接触、更多呼吸感。

氛围润物无声,场景永远奔腾。

“新物种实验计划2020”发布

商业的边界值得我们敬畏,唯有深入方能形成方法沉淀。

自2016年发起,“新物种实验计划”已进行到第5年。这5年,场景实验室只坚持在做一件事——以能力所及助力新物种。

南京女大学生遇害的新闻,想必你们已经听说了。

从7月9号早上的不告而别,到8月3号西双版纳州勐海县公安局发布案情通报。

失联了25天的月月(化名),其实9号当晚就被其男友洪某伙同张某光、曹某青二人,诱骗至勐海县城郊山林杀害并埋尸。

之后的20多天里,被蒙在鼓里的月月父亲一遍又一遍地重走女儿失踪前的路线,想要寻找到线索,却一无所获。

警情未公布时,操劳了20多天的他还善意提醒媒体,为洪某说情,担心他受到伤害:

“不要过多联系她男友,怕给孩子太多压力。”

可谁曾想,这个陪自己一起去派出所报案、一起接受采访的人,竟是杀人真凶。

可年幼时不帮她树立对生命的敬畏心,建立和自己沟通的能力,成年后遇到风雨,就难以抵抗过去。

淡薄的生死观,是最可怕的毒药。

reply小丑带着一群坏人来进攻了,我可是在书上看到过,他以前,灭了很多城市,一直没人打得过他,就在人们没办法时,有五个元素战士用一把枪把他封印起来了,没想到他怎么又出来了,我们只能躲在家里,靠着望眼镜来观察外面的状况,小丑讲很多家破坏了,并杀死了很多乐高人,就在快要炸掉城市时,五个元素战士冲了出来,击退了很多怪物,最后把小丑击败了,看着保护家园的元素战士,一种强烈的想当元素战士的情感油然而生。红、黄、蓝、黑和我,也就是绿,共同决定去参加元素五年一度的元素战士选拨赛。首先,我们需要有很快的反应能力,四面八方都会有铁球悬浮在空中,任何一个铁球随时都会掉下来把我们压成泥。我一会跳过去,一会跳过来,一个也没打中,接下来又要有速度,一个个冲得比汽车还猛。最后,我们要用一堆破烂零件造东西,可以合作,我立刻叫来了红、黄、蓝、黑,我们用这些零件造了个巨大的机器人,每个部分都有一个人来操控,开始战斗就有人的东西坏了,我们接着去了小丑住的地方,听小丑的下一步计划,小丑一直抱怨皇帝不让他全国搜捕,他想了想,忽然叫了一声:“对啊!我可以把皇帝杀掉,然后自己再坐上皇位”。我想去告诉皇帝,但又怕皇帝不信,所以我们想出了个办法,小丑应该会制造一个大麻烦,让皇帝派走所有的守卫,再去偷偷杀掉皇帝,我们要在守卫刚走就立刻去告诉皇帝,小丑要来杀他,如果时间不够,小丑出门,红、黄、蓝和黑会去拦住小丑,让小丑越晚越好。果然,小丑派兵在很多地方制造了大麻烦,皇帝那派点兵,这派点兵,兵就没有了,我赶紧跑进皇宫里把事情告诉了皇帝,还让皇帝跟官员说,如果小丑来了,问他去哪了,你们就说我出去有事,很快就回来了。然后皇帝就和我出去把士兵们带回来,皇帝回来后小丑还没来,我就趁机躲在桌子下,又过来一会儿,小丑终于来了,这次小丑又给皇帝送来了一台乐高电脑,并教皇帝在上面玩游戏,皇帝玩的都停不下来了,小丑偷偷拿出了一把剑,用力向皇帝刺去,我使用木元素把剑挡住了有的还散架了,有的一踩就碎,有的一碰就碎,但最后还有一位强者靠着会飞来躲到现在,我们启动所以炮弹来炸他。最终,他在最后一刻被打了下来,我们胜了,还要五个乐高人也被留了下来接受训练跟着定位装置,我们到了一座火山脚下,我们坐着车一路开进了云里,可又不像云,因为云没有这么大一片的,听了当地居民的谈话,才知道这叫云海,在云海里的视线越来越模糊,能见度越来越低了,只能看见距离两米内的东西,突然,前面出现一块大石头,但司机有惊无险的躲了过去,可是又有一块大石头从山上飞了下来,车子也被撞到了很远的地方,还好经验丰富的老司机带我们走出了云海,来到了山上的火山脚下,一下车,我便马上冻的全身发抖,但我一转身,又被热得像夏天里的狗一样,真是冰火两重天啊!我们走着走着就要爬火山才行了,我们艰难的抓着山上突出的石头,一步一步往上爬,才爬到一半,黄就支撑不住了,他提醒我们别太累了时,脚没踩稳,掉了下去,但还好下面有个小平台,可黄还是受伤了,我们让黑去把黄送往附近的医院,其余人继续前进。等我们到山顶时,突然从旁边飞来了一桶油,让火山喷出了一点岩浆,差点溅到我身上来,幸好我躲得快,红和蓝一下子冲上去,想抓住扔油桶的人,但他们还不知道是小丑干的,此时,小丑又逃了,可我们再次用追踪器定位时,却发现定位显示在火山里,我们虽然觉得不可能,但还是去造了一艘高温潜水艇,再穿上防高温服,再叫上恢复了的黄,就开始下潜了,下潜一千米后还没见到任何可疑的东西,正当队员们准备放弃时,忽然出现一个房子一样的建筑,我们进去一看,什么也没找到,我们只好出去外面继续下潜,可温度升到四千度时已经不能再下潜了,已经是极限温度了,可定位显示小丑还在更深处,我们又不能下去抓小丑,也不能空手回去,我们只好把希望放在那像房子一样的建筑里,我们思考了很久也没想出一个办法我找到了他们并说明了情况后,市长又派了一百个乐高士兵去支援我们,二队也答应去支援我们。在过去的路上,我一直在通过装在红身上的微型摄像头找到他们。那个城堡的主人果然是小丑,他一副高兴的样子说:“这不是元素战士吗?想不到你们也有今天”。可小丑忽然又不高兴了,说:“怎么少了一个,绿呢?绿在哪?你们把他藏哪了”?“如果绿带着带着其他乐高人来救你们,你们就活不了了,他们关进监狱去”。小丑淡淡的说:“监狱里什么也没有,而且旁边关的都是前几天失踪的人,有些有用的可以去做士兵、?师和清洁工,没用的只可以被关着,并且只能吃别人吃的剩饭,有时候没有还吃不了。所以有人已经撑不住了,被活活饿死了”。我听到小丑说只能我一个人去救红他们,否则小丑就会杀了他们,但如果我不带士兵和二队,那我肯定打不过小丑,如果我带了军队,小丑又会把红他们杀掉,在我想不出办法时,白一看我这样,问我是不是有什么事,我把刚才看到的告诉白一,白一叫上了白二、白三、白四、白五一起来想办法,最后我们决定先让士兵造一百个救生船,然后我去城堡里吸引小丑的注意力,尽量拖延时间让二队去救红他们,再让五十个士兵去救其他被关在这里的乐高人,再留五十个士兵到大门口等我消息来支援我。我走到小丑面前,和小丑聊天,聊了很久,原来跟小丑聊天这么容易啊,我还以为小丑会怀疑呢,可小丑好像看出了我细微的变化,叫了诗歌乐高人去外面看看,回来后小丑一数。怎么只有九个回来了,这九个乐高人说他们中计了,有好多士兵在外面,那个乐高人死了。我知道情况不妙,赶紧呼叫了外面的士兵。然后小丑就让所有的乐高人来杀我,就在一堆乐高人围攻我,而且士兵又没来时,刚才那九个士兵跳过来,杀了好多小丑的军队,原来那九个乐高人分别是红、黄、蓝、黑、白一、白二、白三、白四、白五,我们一起战斗,打败了很多小丑的乐高人,最后我们去抓小丑,小丑坐上船逃了,我们也坐船追,市长也派了很多乐高军人一起去追小丑。就在快要抓住小丑时,小丑从船里拿出一个盒子,我们决定可能是什么危险的武器,一下子跳到他的船上按住了那个盒子,我们正想把盒子夺过来,黑却把盒子打掉在船上,盒子打开了。把我们和小丑一起吸了进去。第二天,我们凌晨四点就去了比赛地点,可我们一看,签名都排了五十个乐高人了,看他们一个个都很镇定的站在那,好像什么都不怕似的,我往前面一看,小丑竟然排在第一个,但好像有人不乐意似的,都动手打起来了,小丑把那个乐高人打的半死不活,旁边走来了一个官员,那个乐高人还指望官员替他主持公道,可是那个官员不但不说小丑,还给了这个乐高人一巴掌,并把那个乐高人踢出了这场比赛。后面的乐高人都紧握拳头,脸上写满了愤怒,但这又怎么样呢?没有人敢动小丑了,他们怕也被小丑给踢出去。我们知道他和皇帝有点关系,但也不能这样欺负乐高人啊,我们在这里肯定是不能动手打小丑的,这里这么多士兵和官员,都和小丑是一伙的。比赛中我进行的还算比较顺利,一直到了最后,小丑也还在场,他前面打败了好多很厉害,很强壮的乐高人,他毕竟是以前所有坏人的首领,我使出了所有学过的招式,但我明显打的比小丑吃力,我使用了元素之您知道吗?如果您口腔中镶嵌的假牙是含金属的烤瓷冠,在您需要做头颅x线、CT、核磁共振检查时,将会受到影响甚至拆除。非金属的二氧化锆对x线却无任何阻挡,只要镶入二氧化锆烤瓷牙,日后需头颅x线、CT、核磁共振检查时都不需要拆掉假牙,省去很多麻烦力,但小丑作弊,用麻醉针给我打了一头狮子的分量,明明裁判正好可以看见小丑作弊,洛溪是一只来自北方的老鼠,因为数爸爸要到南方去工作,于是洛溪一家就搬到了四季如春的滨海城市。刚来到一座全新的城市洛溪尽管很不习惯,但他对新的环境还是充满了好奇心。这座城市的街道弯弯曲曲的,一会高一会低洛溪走起来很累。“啪’的一声,路边的树上掉下来一个圆圆的黄澄澄的果子,差点砸到洛溪身上,他慌忙往边上一跳,仔细的看了看地上的果子,”哇“!洛溪惊喜的发现,原来是芒果!芒果也是洛溪一直喜欢吃的一种水果。原来在这座城市的路边栽满了芒果树,随处都可以看到掉在地上已经熟透了的芒果。洛溪立刻就喜欢上了这座城市。这座城市街道的两边栽着各种各样的树木,洛溪很多都不认识。看!那长着长长的胡须的是树爷爷吗?那一层一层像一把雨伞的是小雨伞树吗?”这个!这个!“洛溪高兴的跳起来,这一片树他认识,”这是椰子树!“洛溪喜欢喝的椰汁,就是这种树结的果实。这座城市不断地给洛溪带来惊喜,同时也有一些烦恼。就是晚上和妈妈一起散步时,经常能看到好大的”小强“在路上飞快地穿行。吓得洛溪和妈妈经常会跳跃着走路,不时会带来路人诧异的目光。好在惊喜多过烦恼,洛溪也就愉快的接受了新的环境但裁判视而不见,直接宣布小丑胜利,他是新一任大将军。从眼睛里的缝隙里我看二氧化锆烤瓷牙具有极高的品质,说其品质高不仅因为其材料,设备昂贵,更因为其运用了当今最先进的计算机辅助设计、激光扫描,再这天洛溪准备和妈妈一起去吃肯德基. 洛溪希望从自己做起。洛溪最近总感觉看东西模模糊糊的,一检查视力,原来眼睛近视了。于是,洛溪就到医院配了一个眼镜。带上眼镜后,洛溪顿时感到眼前明亮起来,心情立刻变好了。慢慢的,洛溪发现自己心情不好的时候,一带上眼镜,怒火就没了。洛溪惊喜的发现,原来这是一款魔法眼镜。学校里,有两个同学因为撞到一起,大声吵了起来,洛溪马上给他们带上了眼镜,两个人很快就和好了,成为了朋友;一个过马路的小女孩在路边左右徘徊,不敢贸然的过马路,洛溪跑过去说:“我带你过马路吧。”小女孩说:“谢谢!”路上小女孩说她一出生就看不见东西,如果能给她一天光明,她希望能看一看这个世界,能看一看她的爸爸妈妈。看着小女孩痛苦的表情,洛溪的心情一下子沉重起来,忽然,洛溪想起了自己的眼镜,她急忙追上小女孩说:“我有一副眼镜,你带上试一试。”洛溪摘下眼镜,戴在小女孩脸上,小女孩的心情立刻变好了,高兴的对洛溪说:“尽管我看不见树是什么样子,但我能听见树的声音;尽管我看不到太阳是什么样子,但我能感觉到太阳的温暖;尽管我看不到爸爸妈妈的样子,但我知道他们都很爱我,谢谢你,让我知道自己也是拥有很多的人。”洛溪发现这幅眼镜太神奇了,简直就是一个宝贝。越来越多的人因为这幅眼镜的影响变得幸福起来,越来越多的人感觉这个世界变得温暖了,友善了,和谐了,人的心也变得纯洁起来。洛溪希望有一天自己戴着这幅神奇的眼镜去猫国,让两国关系好起来,老鼠们再也不怕猫了,猫也不会在老鼠面前趾高气扬了,洛溪一直期待那一天的到来 整容洛溪从小到大一直都听妈妈讲:“猫家族和我们是天敌,一定不要去猫国王,如果路上不小心遇到猫,就要赶快逃走!”洛溪一直不明白,老鼠为什么不能和猫成为朋友呢?这天洛溪在电视中,看到了一个动画片叫《汤姆和杰瑞》。洛溪很崇拜动画片里的那只叫Jerry的老鼠。洛溪看完动画片仿佛明白了,只要长得漂亮,就不会再怕猫了。于是,洛溪来到滨海城最大的一个美容院,听说这里长得难看的人进去后,也能变得好看,洛溪兴奋了,他决定进去整容。过了好久,整形手术终于完成了。洛溪看着镜子,惊奇的发现他连自己都认不出自己了。洛溪走在大街上,整个滨海城轰动了,好多大人小孩儿围着洛溪拍照。电视台请他去参加节目,滨海城的市长也接见了洛溪,一时间洛克成为了名人。洛克感觉自己很有自信了,于是就乘车来到猫王国,他骄傲地对猫们说我:“看!我现在有多强大,我可以很容易就打败你们了。”于是,洛溪就和一支叫做加菲的猫进行决斗,结果洛溪惨败而归。洛溪终于知道了,漂亮的外表,不如有一个聪明的大脑由计算机程序控制研磨制作而成,尽显完美见红他们把我抬回床上,然后我就睡着了,我醒来时红他们说我已经睡了三天三夜,小丑已经把他能管的地方全部派兵搜捕我们,因为他和皇帝闹了点小矛盾,所以他不可以全国搜捕,说完蓝就给我拿了碗饭,我飞快的吃了下去,我完全恢复后就问二队怎么样了。
